  • Macadamia Crusted Halibut with Coconut, Green Curry, Black Rice, Tropical Relish, and Bok Choy

I am only staying at Cavallo Point on Saturday night following the wedding. Can I check-in early before the ceremony?

Yes, check-in for those staying at Cavallo Point ONLY on Saturday, September 17th should be available starting at 3 PM in advance of our ceremony at 4:30 PM. Please be sure to call Cavallo on Saturday morning to double confirm your early check-in.

Will shuttles be provided?

Yes, transportation will be provided to the Welcome Party on Friday evening.
  • Welcome Party: Shuttle from Cavallo to Barrel House at 7:45 PM (pick-up is in the Reception/Valet Area) and Shuttle from Barrel House back to Cavallo at 10 PM.

Do you have guidance on attire?

Our wedding ceremony and reception is Black Tie Optional. Keep in mind that the ceremony will be held on grass and the ceremony/cocktail hour will be outside. It cools off in the evening in the Bay Area - bring layers!

Our welcome party on Friday is casual and our post-wedding brunch on Sunday is literally whatever you can put on your body.

Do you have COVID safety guidelines?

Let us start by saying it has been a long 2+ years and we hope everyone is hanging in there. We are so grateful to be able to celebrate in person together again!

Because each of you is precious to us, we respectfully require all guests to be fully vaccinated and boosted OR to show proof of negative test within 24 hours of our event.

We will be monitoring any local and state guidance and will update our website accordingly. As of now, masks are not required but we 100% support guests who want to wear one - and we will be sure to provide masks as an option for all.

If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out to us directly.
